Once we have established a clear idea of your vision we will arrange an initial survey to ensure your chosen appliance or fireplace is suitable and meets with all current regulation. We do make a nominal charge for these visits, but believe they are a worthwhile investment. If you would like a home survey please pop into our local Kenilworth Showroom and arrange for one of our specialist site surveyours to come out, the survey charge is fully refundable upon any installation service.

They are Hetas & Gas Safe registered and have many years experience installing Natural stone Fireplaces, Wood Burners and Gas & Electric Appliances. We also offer important after sales care in the form of kiln dried wood supplies, accessories and spares to keep your appliance running well into the next decade.

Heatas Installer
HETAS stands for Heating Equipment Testing and Approval Scheme. The scheme is recognised and approved by the Government. All of our stove installers are hetas registered and are highly trained and undergo regular assessments to ensure they are up to date on all stove installation.

Gas Safe Registered Installers
We pride ourselves on the quality of the fitting service we offer for all stoves, gas and electric fires. Our engineers are Gas Safe registered, so you can be confident they are qualified to undertake the task. Gas Safe registered engineers carry the yellow Gas Safe card and they're qualified to carry out gas works according to the conditions indicated on the card.
