On the Contura 500 Style the top is thinner, and the damper and handle are more integrated into the front of the stove. With Contura you can always select extra functions. You can choose between a fan to give an extra kick to the heat or a hot plate to make maximum use of the fire The generous side lights on the 556 style mean that you can see the fire from different angles in the room. With cleaner lines and a large glass door it gives a light and modern impression. The new handles do not get hot and are integrated into the front of the stove.

Excellent service. They had a range of fires on offer and provided advice an expertise on the type of fire that was best for me. Although they don’t replace or fit fires, they have a range of approved contractors that can do so. They also provided an excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

A seamless process from when we first visited the shop to when our log burner was installed, 3 months in total. All the staff involved were very helpful and courteous at all times explaining our options at every stage, i.e. choice of log burner, design of stone hearth, installation in our living room.
