Providing up to 1.35kW heat output with a choice of heat controls, the Alton boasts 100% efficiency and comes complete with remote control for easy operation. Running costs are minimised courtesy of energy efficiency LED lights and for extra peace of mind, Alton incorporates a thermal safety cut out feature. Excellent service. They had a range of fires on offer and provided advice an expertise on the type of fire that was best for me. Although they don’t replace or fit fires, they have a range of approved contractors that can do so. They also provided an excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

A seamless process from when we first visited the shop to when our log burner was installed, 3 months in total. All the staff involved were very helpful and courteous at all times explaining our options at every stage, i.e. choice of log burner, design of stone hearth, installation in our living room.
